## The AI agent answers reviews in public

Turn it on for the Judge.me inbox. It reads the star rating, the review and the product, then posts a reply that shows on the review in your store, signed with your email signature.

## Reply on the review or by email

Each review arrives as a card with the stars, text, photos, product link and date. Replies go on the review by default. Turn on Private reply and Judge.me emails your answer to the reviewer instead, which suits a 2-star review you'd rather sort out one on one.

## Publish or hide a review from the ticket

Change the status from the menu on the review card and Judge.me updates to match. Spam comes down without opening Judge.me, and the same menu publishes it again.

Q: Which plan do I need?
A: Any Commslayer plan. On the Judge.me side, your shop needs the Awesome plan. The free plan can't connect.

Q: How do I connect Judge.me?
A: Connect your Shopify store first. Then go to Settings > Inboxes > Add inbox > Judge.me, pick the store and approve access on Judge.me. The Judge.me shop has to use the same domain as that store. Add your team to the new inbox and new reviews start opening tickets.

Q: Which reviews come in?
A: Reviews written after you connect, with their photos. Older reviews, review videos and reviews with no reviewer email stay in Judge.me. Edits made in Judge.me later don't update the ticket.

Q: What can't the AI agent do?
A: It can't publish or hide reviews, reply by email, or edit a review. Its replies are always public. Private replies and review status stay with your team.
