New AI agent actions
Many of you want to YOLO your support with the AI agent. So there are now three new AI agent actions:
- Reship order for free
- Partial refunds
- Subscription cancel save offers (Loop only for now)
Partial refunds (also as store credit)
Customer can be given a partial refund within your set guardrails. Refunds can also be made in store credit. Useful when you don’t e.g. want to take in returns but rather just offer a refund. Edit your guidance to use this, and test and monitor carefully.
Reship order for free
AI agent is able to reship the same order for free. Tune your guidance to use the action and test in the playground first.
Subscription cancel save offers
AI agent can make stacked discount offers on the customer’s next order when they ask to cancel their subscription. E.g. first offer 30% off and then 50% off if they decline, before cancelling the sub.
Loop only for now.
