Which social networks are supported?
Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok comments can be brought into the Commslayer inbox, and automatic hiding is supported across all three. Meta includes both Facebook and Instagram.
Does AI reply to Facebook and Instagram comments automatically?
Meta comment replies are never posted automatically. Commslayer can prepare a draft, then a teammate reviews and sends it. This does not affect automatic replies in Facebook or Instagram DMs.
What can AI hide?
The moderation check covers spam, advertising, links, profanity, harmful content, negative attacks, and competitor mentions. It also identifies low-value reactions that can be left without a reply.
Can I add my own blocked terms?
Add comma-separated keywords for brand names, campaign terms, or phrases you always want hidden. Those rules run alongside the AI check.
Can my team undo an automatic hide?
Hidden comments can be reviewed and unhidden from the conversation. The category and reason stay visible to help the teammate make that decision.
Can we like, delete, and block commenters?
Like, unlike, hide, unhide, and delete actions are available for supported social comments. Blocking and unblocking are available for Facebook and Instagram commenters, but not through TikTok’s API.
Do public comments count as helpdesk conversations?
Public social comments have their own inbox view and stay out of the standard helpdesk reports, so they do not distort support volume.
