Which plan do I need?

Any plan, including Free. TikTok comments are unlimited and don't count toward your billable conversations. AI moderation and keyword hiding need Plus and up.

How do I connect TikTok?

Go to Settings > Inboxes > Add inbox > TikTok comments and click Connect with TikTok. Name the inbox, click Create Inbox and approve access on TikTok. New comments on your videos then arrive in that inbox. For AI moderation, go to Settings > Auto-moderation and switch on Auto-hide inappropriate comments.

Does it bring in TikTok DMs?

No. Only comments on your own videos come in. DMs, ad comments, LIVE comments and TikTok Shop messages stay in TikTok.

What happens when a comment changes on TikTok?

Commslayer follows it. A comment deleted on TikTok shows as deleted, and one hidden or made public there updates in the thread.

What can't the integration do?

Block commenters, post a new comment on a video, attach images or files to a reply, or auto-translate comment threads.
